How long does it take to get diagnostic insights?
Most analyses complete in under 5 minutes after uploading your log file. The exact time depends on log size, but you'll receive an email notification when your insights are ready.
What file formats do you support?
We support standard ArduPilot (.bin, .log) and PX4 (.ulg) log formats. For custom systems, contact us to discuss format compatibility.
Technical Questions
Do I need to integrate ANOX into my systems?
No. Our self-service platform works standalone—just upload logs when needed. For real-time diagnostics or system integration, we offer custom enterprise solutions.
Does it work for both remote and autonomous operations?
Yes. ANOX analyzes system data regardless of operational mode—remote control, autonomous missions, or hybrid. The diagnostic process is the same.
Do I need new hardware or sensors?
No. ANOX works with your existing logs and telemetry. No hardware modifications or new data pipelines required.
What if we use a custom autopilot system?

How accurate are the diagnostics?
DeepTrace analyzes thousands of parameters and their interdependencies. Each diagnosis includes supporting evidence and confidence levels, validated against real-world failures.
What if ANOX makes a wrong recommendation?
ANOX provides recommendations with supporting evidence, allowing your team to make informed decisions. All recommendations should be reviewed by qualified personnel before implementation. We also provide confidence scores and alternative hypotheses when applicable.
Can ANOX replace our engineering team?
No. ANOX is designed to augment your engineering team, not replace them. It dramatically reduces time spent on routine troubleshooting, allowing engineers to focus on complex problems and system improvements.

How long do you store our data?
You control data retention policies. By default, we retain diagnostic insights for your access. You can request deletion at any time.
